"Raspberry pi model B + MMDVM modem + Motorola GM950
I was trying out the new RASPBERRY PI 3B+ but the raspberry doesn't give any boot whit MMDVM module. Detaching the module mmdvm the raspberry starts correctly

- download .img and flash sd card V4 RC3 Pi-Star_RPi_V4.0.0-RC3_20-Jan-2019.zip
- plug MMDVM module on Raspberry
- power on raspberry attemp 2min and connect via browser on url http://pi-star/local
considering the default accesses (username: pi-star & psw: raspberry)
